College App Deadlines

Planning for college begins your freshman year and preparation continues through all four years of high school. Here are some basic reminders of things you need to keep in mind as well as some important dates you shouldn’t forget! Please see the other important SAT and ACT Dates for additional test date information.

October 1 – November 30, 2012
Application submission period for all California State University campuses

November 1 – November 30, 2012
Application submission period for all University of California campuses

November 30, 2012 – 12:00 Midnight
Application Deadline for all UC and CSU campuses

March 2, 1013
FAFSA California Deadline for all UC and CSU campuses.  Please note: other schools may have earlier deadlines.

September 2, 2013
FAFSA Additional Community College Awards Deadline

January 2 – January 31, 2013
Application Deadline for most non-UC/CSU colleges. KNOW YOUR SCHOOL!

April 1 – April 31, 2013
Most colleges will send acceptance or rejection letters this month.
