There are several ways to apply to Impact Academy:

  1. Submit an online application (links above).
  2. Download the paper application.
  3. Visit the school to complete a paper application.

9th graders: Your submitted application will be placed in a “pool” along with all other applications submitted before the deadline.  If the number of applications received exceeds the number of spaces in the 9th grade class, we will hold a public random drawing (lottery) to determine admission.  Lottery information will be mailed to applicants.  Students who are not selected in the lottery will be placed on the Wait List.  Students who are selected and offered a space will have approximately four weeks to notify us in writing if they wish to attend. Any spaces that remain after this time will be offered to students on the wait list.

10th-12th graders: Impact may have a few openings in grades 10 and 11 for students wishing to transfer from a different high school and we are typically able to fill any spaces with applicants from our existing wait list. Students who wish to apply for 10th or 11th grades are strongly encouraged to attend a monthly Information Session to learn more about Impact as part of their application process. Due to the nature of our program and Graduation Portfolio requirements, we generally do not accept 12th grade students. The exception would be a senior transferring from another Envision School. Applicants for the 12th grade will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be asked to participate in an interview with the Principal/Vice Principal where transcripts can be reviewed.
