Bring Change 2 Mind
In BC2M (Bring Change 2 Mind), we discuss many topics related to and enhancing our ability to learn about our individual and collective mental health in a judgment free, warm welcoming environment. Most of our projects are geared directly towards fun-filled activities such as candle making, good bags for seniors applying for colleges, tasty treats at events such as “Mix-It-Up!”, and a summit meeting of students from BC2M clubs all around the bay area. We also discuss tangible, small steps a person can make in their journey to understanding their own perspectives on life with easy ways to improve such as hiking in nature, recommitting to drinking enough water everyday, a sustainable sleep schedule, hobbies with artistic trends and many more. We meet Tuesdays in room 32 at lunch. Come one, come all!
